Haline policies
Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
These terms govern access to Haline through haline.app and your.haline.app. By using Haline, you agree to them.
Access to Haline
Haline is currently invite-only. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify support@haline.app of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Connected accounts and authorization
You may connect only social accounts, Pages, channels, and boards that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Haline to perform the publishing, scheduling, analytics, and reporting actions you request. You may withdraw that authorization by disconnecting the account or revoking access on the relevant platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Haline a limited license to store, process, adapt for technical delivery, and transmit that content solely to provide the service. You confirm that your content and publishing activity comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and each connected platform’s rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use Haline for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity; attempt to bypass platform restrictions; interfere with the service; probe another user’s data; distribute malware; or use credentials or content you do not have permission to use.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Telegram, and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, permissions, review requirements, rate limits, and policies may change. Haline cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept or publish any item.
Service availability
Haline is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove functionality to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the product. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, prevent abuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or investigate a material breach. You may stop using Haline at any time and request deletion by emailing support@haline.app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Haline is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Haline is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, changes made by third-party platforms, or content and actions controlled by the user.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@haline.app.
